Black Friday 2026 UK: Prices to Beat Before 27 November
Black Friday is Friday 27 November 2026, and Cyber Monday is 30 November. Amazon UK had not announced its Black Friday Week dates when we wrote this on 8 November. In 2025 its sale ran from Thursday 20 November to Cyber Monday, 1 December, so expect the deals to start the week before.
The trouble with any sale is the "was" price. A strikethrough figure tells you what a seller once asked, not what the product has actually been selling for. So this page records what each product cost on Amazon UK on 8 November 2026, nearly three weeks before Black Friday. When the sale starts, compare against these numbers, not against the line through the price.
What October's sale taught us
We did the same thing for Prime Big Deal Days in October. Of 13 dehumidifiers we tracked, one had a real Prime deal. Nine cost the same or within a pound or two, one went up and three went out of stock.
That one deal tells you what a real one looks like. The Honeywell 12L dropped to £119.99 on 6 October. On 8 November it was back at £159.50. If Black Friday brings it under £120 again, that is a genuine deal. Anything around £140 is a modest discount on the normal price.
Early deals already live
Some sellers are not waiting. These were showing a "Limited time deal" badge on Amazon UK on 8 November, and each one is a new addition to the site.

For the car: the ice scraper is the one buy that cannot wait for Black Friday. The first frosts arrive before the sale does. Pair it with a reusable car dehumidifier bag to stop the inside of the windscreen misting up.
For a small damp room on a budget: the Shinco at £67.58 is £32 cheaper than the Avalla X-300 below, though it comes from a third-party seller rather than Amazon.
A word on the Oral-B "was" prices. The strikethrough on the iO range is Oral-B's list price, and the brushes rarely sell anywhere near it. £34.99 against £100 looks like 65% off, but the honest comparison is against what the iO2 has sold for over the past few months, not the RRP. If Black Friday knocks only a few pounds off these early prices, buying now loses you nothing.

The one to watch is the EcoAir DC12. It is already £13 cheaper than at any point we have checked, without a deal badge. If it drops again in Black Friday week it undercuts every 12L compressor unit we track.
If you have damp now, do not wait. Demand for dehumidifiers peaks from October to January, so stock tightens rather than prices falling. In October three of our 13 lost their main Amazon offer altogether. Our dehumidifier comparison by room size helps you pick the type first.

How to tell a real Black Friday deal
- Compare against the 8 November price on this page, not the strikethrough on the listing.
- Check who sells it. A deal from Amazon or the brand comes with Amazon's returns. A third-party seller may not, and popular items often drop out of Amazon's own stock in busy weeks.
- Check the model number. Retailers sometimes discount an older or cut-down version under a familiar name.
- Look at the price history if you can. A price that went up in October and "drops" back in November has not been discounted.
- Christmas returns. Amazon UK usually extends its returns window over the Christmas period, which makes buying a gift early less risky. Check the dates on the order page.

When is Black Friday 2026 in the UK? Friday 27 November 2026. Cyber Monday is Monday 30 November. Amazon UK runs a longer "Black Friday Week" sale around it; in 2025 that started on Thursday 20 November.
Should I wait for Black Friday or buy now? Compare the price now with the tables above. If something is already at or below its lowest recorded price, like the EcoAir DC12, waiting risks it going out of stock for a small possible saving. If it is still at its usual price, waiting costs you nothing.
Are Amazon's strikethrough prices real discounts? Not always. They show a higher price the product was listed at, which can be months old or a list price it never really sold at. The Oral-B iO RRPs are the clearest example.
Will dehumidifiers be cheaper on Black Friday? Usually not by much. In October only one of the 13 we tracked had a real deal, because demand is high in autumn. The Honeywell 12L at £119.99 is the benchmark to look for.
