Compressor vs the EcoAir DD1 desiccant

This is the compressor counterpart to the EcoAir DD1 Simple MK3 already on the site. A compressor unit like the DC12 MK3 is more energy efficient and works best in warmer rooms, typically above 15°C, which the DC12's stated operating range of 15°C to 35°C reflects. The DD1's desiccant technology keeps working in colder spaces such as an unheated garage or conservatory, but draws more power to do it. If you are drying a normally heated room, the DC12 MK3's lower running cost makes it the better choice; for a cold outbuilding, the desiccant DD1 is the one to reach for.
