What it does well
For the price, the basics are covered. The 40mm drivers give clear game audio, the flip-to-mute mic is simple and quick to use, and the lightweight build and padded headband make it comfortable enough for longer sessions. Being wired means no latency from wireless links and nothing to charge before a game.
Things to know
This is an entry-level headset. There is no surround sound processing, no volume or chat mixing and no wireless option. On some platforms you may need a controller with a 3.5mm port, and some PC setups with separate headphone and mic sockets need a splitter. The synthetic leather cushions can get warm on long sessions.
